Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thanksgiving Day is Monday, October 12 and the school will be closed. We look forward to welcoming students back on Tuesday, October13.

Also, Monday, October 19 is a Professional Learning Day for teachers and there are no classes for students.

School Council & School Society Meetings

Our first School Council & School Society meeting of the school year will be on

Monday, October 26 at 1:30 pm.

One of the most important ways parents/guardians and community members can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on the school council. The School Council’s function is to give input to the school principal on matters related to the school.  The School Society’s main function is fundraising in support of student programs and learning.

Please note that these meetings are with school administration and not with your child’s teacher. All parents/guardians are welcome to attend. There will be translation available (Punjabi, Hindi) for those who require it.

Calendar Updates
