Please be aware that due to Fall Student Learning Conferences next week, there is no school for Kindergarten students on Thursday, November 28. Also, there is no school for all students on Friday, November 29. 

Fall Student Learning Conferences 

Our Fall Student Learning Conferences will be on November 28 & 29. You can book a conference time with your student’s teacher through your MyCBE account. Conference times are as follows: 

  •  Thursday, Nov. 28  Kindergarten: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm 
  • Thursday, Nov. 28 Kindergarten – Gr. 4: 3:30 -7:30 pm 
  • Friday, Nov. 29 Kindergarten – Gr. 4: 8:00 am – 1:30 pm 

Cold Weather reminder     

Please ensure your child has appropriate winter clothing each day (coat, boots, hat and gloves). Students will go outside at lunchtime unless the temperature reaches –20 degrees. They may also go outside during PE and other learning activities Our winter weather can fluctuate during the day, so we encourage students to be prepared for all weather conditions each day.  

School Council/School Society Meeting  

The next School Council Meeting is on Monday, November 25 at 1:30 pm. All parents are welcome to come and learn the many ways the School Council/School Society support learning at Saddle Ridge School. Click here to read more about our School Council and to see upcoming meeting dates. Our Assistant Principal Ms. Mehta will be able to provide translation in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu, as needed.   

School Fees & Waivers 

Central School Fees (Student Supplies, Transportation and Lunch Supervision) and School based fees for off-site and on-site activities are posted to your MyCBE account.  You can pay these fees through your MyCBE account or at the school office by debit or credit card.
