Good Afternoon Saddle Ridge School Families,  

It was great to see many Kindergarten families today at Parent-Teacher Conferences. We look forward to seeing more of our families this evening and tomorrow.  We appreciate your support of your student’s learning.

Please note there is no school tomorrow, Friday, November 28, for all students. 

Still Time to Book Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences 

There are still times slots available for booking Parent/Teacher Conferences. You can select a time by clicking on the "Book & Manage Meeting Times” box in your MyCBE account.  

Conference times are as follows: 

• Kindergarten - Thursday, November 27                8:00 am – 7:30 pm 
• Gr. Kindergarten-4 – Thursday, November 27     4:30 – 7:30 pm 
• Kindergarten – Gr. 4 - Friday, November 28         8:00 am – 1:30 pm 

Off-Site and On-Site Activities 

Throughout the school year, teachers plan both on-site and off-site activities that connect to the grade curriculum. Our Grade 3 & 4 students have off-site activities occurring in the next few weeks. 

We are fortunate to have the support of the Saddle Ridge School Society who provide funding to cover one activity per grade. The other activity incurs a small fee to cover program and/or transportation costs. The fee is set on a cost recovery basis only. Off-site and on-site fees can be paid in the office with debit/credit card or in your MyCBE account. 

Winter Weather 

We have had our first taste of winter this week. Students will go outside at noon-hour unless the temperature is -20°C or colder.
