Hello Saddle Ridge School Families, 

The month of May is full of activities for our students! Please check your student’s Google classroom for event dates specific to their class. 

Next Year Grade Five Students 

This past week our Grade 4 students who are going to Peter Lougheed School for grade 5 had the opportunity to visit that school. Our Grade 4 students who will attend Pineridge School for grade 5 will have their orientation trip on May 19.  

Celebration of Learning 

Our Grade One, Two, Three and Kindergarten classes all have Celebration of Learning events in May! Our students work hard to prepare and are excited to present their learning to parents and the school community. Your student’s date and time will be posted to their Google Classroom site. 

Off-site Activity. 

Grade One students have an off-site activity coming up, so please ensure your student’s permission form has been returned. 

Alien In-Line Skating 

Grade Four classes will have on-site Alien In-Line skating next week, May 11 - 15. Please return your student’s permission form so they can participate. A huge thank you to the Saddle Ridge School Society for covering the cost for In-line skating! 

Welcome to Kindergarten 2026-27 

Our new Kindergarten students and their parents are invited to our Welcome to Kindergarten Orientation on Friday, May 22. Those who are registered for Kindergarten will receive more information by email.
