Hello Saddle Ridge School Families, 

This week was filled with love, laughter and learning here at Saddle Ridge School. Thank you to all the Grade 3 parents that came to support their students at the Celebrations of Learning. The projects were outstanding! 

Next week our Grade 1 and Kindergarten classes will have their Celebrations of Learning. Please check your student’s Google Classroom to confirm the date and time. 

School Council/School Society Meeting 

Our School Council and School Society will be having their last meeting of this school year on Monday, May 25, 2026.  The meeting is open to all parents with children attending Saddle Ridge School. If you would like to be involved in the School Council or School Society, please join the meeting at 1:30 pm at the school.  

2026-2027 Bus Registration Now Open 

Families who live outside the school walk zone are now able to apply for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year. Service levels and fees are outlined below. Registration is available through your MyCBE account. Students must apply by Sunday, June 14 to be added to routes for the start of the next school year. Click here for more information. 

Welcome to Kindergarten Program 2026-2027  

Thank you to all the parents and future students that joined us for our Welcome to Kindergarten Program (WTK) this afternoon. If you did not attend, please drop by the school office to pick up your student’s WTK bag and confirm your registration information with the office.   

Is Your Family Moving?  

If your family will be moving out of the Saddle Ridge community or if your student will be attending a different school next year, please let the office know.  You can email the office at saddleridge@cbe.ab.ca with your child’s name, grade and the name of their next-year school.
