Thank you to all our parents/guardians who came to Student Learning Conferences last week. Your interest in and support of your student impacts their learning in a positive way. Pizza Lunch forms are now due if your child would like to participate in Pizza Lunch on March 18.
Parent Council/School Society Meeting
The next Parent Council/School Society Meeting is Monday, March 9 at 1:30 pm at the school. All parents are welcome to attend the meeting. The Parent Council/School Society provides input and support for Saddle Ridge School through fundraising and engagement with the school administration.
Upcoming School Activities
The next two weeks at Saddle Ridge School will be busy with Off-site activities for Gr. 2 classes, Celebration of Learning events for Gr. 4, a Calgary Public Library guest speaker for Kindergarten and school-wide spirit days like Pajama/Pizza Day, Green Day and 100th Day of School. Watch for communication from your classroom teacher for activities specific to your child.
Jump Rope for Heart
Thank you to all those who participated in our Jump Rope for Heart campaign. Students raised $723 for Heart & Stroke research in addition to learning fun ways to get active and practice healthy habits. Great Job Saddle Ridge School!
