Hello Saddle Ridge Families,      

The end of our 2025-2026 school year is fast approaching. The last day of school is Friday,  June 26. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 noon.  

Sports Day  

Sports Day is scheduled for Monday, June 22. However, this date is weather dependent. If Sports Day needs to be re-scheduled, we will send an email to all families on morning of Monday, June 22.  

Please send students to school on Monday prepared to spend extended time outside. Students will need a water bottle, sunscreen, hat and outside running shoes. The day will start with a short assembly outside before activities begin. The schedule for the day is as follows:  

  • Morning Group: Assembly starts at 9:30 am  . All AM Kindergarten and rooms 24, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 58, 77, 78, 79 & 80  
  • Afternoon Group: Assembly stars at 12:35 pm. All PM Kindergarten and rooms 3, 4, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 81, 82  

Farewell Assembly 

We will have two Farewell Assembly times. The Gr. 4 students will be performing at both assemblies. 

  • Thursday, June 25 at 9 am.  All AM Kindergarten classes, Ms. Holt, Ms. Leggo, Ms. Bhatti, Ms. Craig, Ms. Singh/Ms. Aujla, Ms. Slessor and Ms. Saini, all Gr. 4 classes 
  •  Friday, June 26 at 9:30 am. All PM Kindergarten classes, Ms. Kurji, Ms. Joshi, Ms. Armand, Ms. Higdon, Ms. Leung, Mr. Dusang, Ms. Harriman, Ms. Chang, all Gr 4 classes, 

Grade 4 Farewell Picnic  

Grade 4 students and their parents will have a picnic after the morning Farewell Assembly on Friday, June 26 from 10:30-11:30 am. Please check your email for a message from your student’s classroom teacher with more information.  

Bus Registration and Noon Supervision Registration 2026-2027 

If you haven’t already registered for transportation services for the coming year, you can still register however your student may not have access at the start of the year. Confirmation of stops and pick-up/drop-off times will be in your MyCBE account before the first day of school. 

Registration in the Noon Supervision program is mandatory for all Gr. 1-4 students staying at school during the lunch break. You can register for Noon Supervision in your MyCBE account beginning August 31, 2026. Students who stay for lunch and are not registered will be registered by the school office. 

Year-End Report Cards 

Year-end report cards will be available to view in your MyCBE account on June 25, 2026. Friday, July 31, 2026 is the last day for parent/legal guardians to view the current year report card so please save or print a copy for your records before this date.

Please visit our Back to School page here to see start-up information for the 2026-27 school year. The school office will be open on August 26, 27 & 28 from 9 am -2 pm. School begins on Monday, August 31.
