Hello Saddle Ridge School Families,
Thank you to everyone who came to the Volunteer Tea this week. The Grade 4 choir did an amazing job performing and showing appreciation for our volunteers. Thank you to Ms. MacEachern, our music specialist, for her work with the choir.
Kindergarten On-Site Activity
Our Kindergarten students have an exciting on-site activity coming up. Teacher’s Pet will bring their Coding Exploration: Mazes program to Ms. Kunn’s class on June 18 and Ms. Beaton/Ms. Chohan’s class on June 24. Thank you to the School Society for providing funds to cover the program costs
Sports Day
Sports Day is scheduled for Monday, June 22. However, this date is weather dependent. If Sports Day needs to be re-scheduled, an email will be sent to all families on the morning of Monday, June 22. Please check your student’s Google classroom for information on when their class is participating in Sports Day.
Farewell Assemblies/Gr. 4 Picnic
We will have two Farewell Assemblies. One on Thursday, June 25 at 9 am and another on Friday, June 26 at 9:30 am. The Gr. 4 students will be performing at both assemblies.
There will be a Grade 4 Farewell Picnic after the assembly on Friday, June 26.

2025-2026 School Fees Due
All current year fees are now due. You can pay your fees through your MyCBE account or by debit/credit card in the school office.
Last Call for Lost & Found
We have a large number of items remaining in our Lost & Found. Please take the time to check for your child’s missing belongings this week. All unclaimed items will be donated to charity on Friday, June 19.
Is Your Family Moving?
If your family is moving out of the Saddle Ridge community or if your student will be attending a different school next year, please let the office know. You can email the office at saddleridge@cbe.ab.ca with your child’s name, grade and the name of their next-year school.
