Good Afternoon Saddle Ridge School Families,  

We had a great week at Saddle Ridge School filled with love, laughter and learning.  

Early Years Assessment for Kindergarten to Gr. 3 students began this week and will continue next week. Please note that Friday, January 30 is a Professional Learning Day for teachers and there is no school for students that day. 

Off-site and On-site Learning Activities 

All the Grade 1, 2 and 3 classes have On-site Learning Activities happening in February. Teachers will be sending home an information letter about the activities and payment can be made in your MyCBE account or at the school office by debit/credit card. 

Grade 4 students will be attending the Calgary Hitman Be Brave event. The off-site permission forms will be sent home in February. This event is sponsored by the Saddle Ridge School Society and there is no cost to parents. Permission forms must be returned to the teacher in order for students to attend this off-site activity. 

School Council/School Society Meeting 

The next School Council/School Society meeting will be on Monday, February 2, 2026. All parents are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at the school from 1:30-2:30 pm.
