We had a great week filled with love, laughter and learning. Our Gr. 3 classes had a super time in their on-site activity with Clay for Kids. Our Gr. 4 classes go to the Saddledome for the Calgary Hitman Be Brave event this coming week.
Parent/Teacher Conferences & On-Line Report Card Access
Parent/Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, February 26 & Friday, February 27. Parent/Guardians can now book conference times through their MyCBE accounts. Please note, there will be no school for Kkndergarten students on February 26 and no school for all students on February 27.
Term One Report Cards are available in the parent MyCBE account on Monday, February 24. They will be available until May 29, 2026. Click here for information on accessing on-line report cards.
Jump Rope for Heart February 17-26, 2026
Jump Rope for Heart is the school FUNdraising event that nobody wants to SKIP! Students will discover fun ways to get active, practice healthy habits and learn about helping others while raising money to beat heart disease and stroke.
Our Jump Event will be held in PE classes between February 17-26. The money kids collect supports research and raises awareness to help families across the country. As a thank you for your support, students can earn a Thank You Prize, like an online gift card – from Indigo, Amazon or Walmart. Any donation to the Foundation is much appreciated and celebrated! Donations of $5 will be entered into a draw for Jump Rope prizes. Donations over $20 will receive a tax receipt and donations over $25 are eligible for a gift card prize. Primary Care Alberta Immunization Program
The Primary Care vaccination team will be at the school on Wednesday, February 25. They we will primarily be seeing grade one students but also see students in other grades who are due for vaccines if parents have provided consent in a previous school year. They will not vaccinate any child without consent from a legal guardian.
