Hello Saddle Ridge Families,  

Spring is well and truly here! Please ensure your student is well dressed for the weather conditions as students will go outside each day during noon hour.  

Spring Picture Day 

Spring Picture Day is Thursday, April 17 – students will have individual and class pictures taken that day. Each student will receive a complimentary class photo before the end of June. 

Lost Library Books 

At Saddle Ridge School we have a wonderful Learning Commons filled with books our students can use at school and borrow to read at home. Each year many books borrowed by students are not returned. 

Your student will receive a notice listing books that have been borrowed and hopefully the book can be found and returned to the school.  If books are lost, there will be a lost book fee charged to their school fees account.  Thank- you for helping us support our Learning Commons. 

Spring Field Trips and In-school Activities 

There is a variety of activities happening this month and our students are excited for these opportunities. When students bring home forms, please complete and return them to the teacher as soon as possible. Fees for activities can be paid through your MyCBE account or at the school office with debit/credit card. 

AHS Community Oral Heath  

The Community Oral Heath team from AHS is visiting our school again on April 14 & 16.  If your child is in Kindergarten-Gr. 2 and has previously completed a permission form for fluoride application. Only children who have returned a permission form will be seen.
