We had a great week at Saddle Ridge School. Please take note that there is no school tomorrow, Friday, September 22 as it is a Professional Learning Day for teachers.  

Here are some key updates for you.  

  

Orange Shirt Day  

Orange Shirt Day at Saddle Ridge School will be on Thursday, September 28. We encourage our staff and students to wear orange that day as it represents communities coming together in a spirit of hope and reconciliation - Every Child Matters.   

  

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation- September 30, 2023  

September 30 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. In recognition of this day, we would like to remind parents that all CBE schools are closed on September 29, 2023 (in lieu of Sept.30).

September 21 – Meet the Teacher Night 

September 22 – No School – Professional Learning Day 

September 28 - Orange Shirt Day   

September 29 – Schools closed in lieu of Sept. 30 National Day for 

                          Truth & Reconciliation
