Good Afternoon Saddle Ridge Families,

We would like to wish all our families a Happy Thanksgiving and remind you that there is no school on Monday, October 9.

School Picture Day

On Tuesday, October 10 we will have Lifetouch Photography taking pictures of all the students and staff. Information flyers were sent home with all students this week. Purchase of individual student photos is optional and can be done through the Lifetouch website. Information will be contained in the proof package that student receive in about 2 weeks. Retake day will be November 15.

School Forms Submission

Thank-you to all the parents that have submitted their annual forms through School Engage.

There are still many families that have not completed their forms. The Annual Authorization Form (FOIP) will ensure your student’s picture & work can be included in their Google Classroom. The Demographics Verification form ensures the school has the correct emergency contact information for your child.

Please complete the Annual Authorization form and Demographics Verification form in School Engage as soon as possible. You will find access to School Engage through your MyCBE account. If you do not have a MyCBE account, please contact the school office for assistance.

  Child and Youth Well-Being:

A Webinar Series for Parents and Guardians

CBE educators believe that parents and guardians can inspire their kids to make healthy lifestyle choices and increase protective factors – in order to do so, they need the right tools and information.      Well-being is a precondition for learning. As our understanding of student well-being continues to evolve, it is important for those that support children and youth to stay up to date on the same information so everyone can support student success.

The intention of the series is to advance student well-being by raising family and caregiver’s understanding of a variety of health-related topics.

Thank you for your time and consideration to join us.
