Annual Authorization & Demographic Verification Forms

Thank-you to all parents who have completed the annual forms in School Engage. We still have many incomplete forms. If you need assistance, please contact the office to set a time to complete the forms at the school. We would be happy to assist you.

 

Cold Weather reminder 

Students will be going outside at lunch time, and for PE and other learning activities. Please send appropriate clothing (coat, boots, hat and gloves) with your child to school each day as our fall weather can include rainy/cold/snowy/sunny weather – sometimes all on the same day! 

 

Halloween Assembly and Parade 

Our grade three students have been working hard getting ready for the Halloween Assembly. Saddle Ridge School will host two assemblies, one at 9 am and the other at 1 pm. Each assembly will be followed by a Halloween Parade. Both these events are optional, and student are welcome to wear their costumes to school that day if they like. Please watch for an email from your child’s teacher next week for more information. 

 

School Photo Re-takes & Orders

School photo proof packages were sent home this week. Purchase of school photos is optional. If you would like to purchase a photo package you can do so at Lifetouch.ca or return the order form to the school with payment by November 1.  Photo re-take day, for new students or students who were away, will be on November 15.

 

School Fees & Waivers

Central School Fees (Student Supplies, Transportation and Lunch Supervision) have now been charged to parents’ MyCBE accounts. You can pay the fees on-line in your MyCBE account or by debit/credit at the school office.

 

Central Fee Waivers, for qualifying families, can be submitted through your MyCBE account. If you need assistance, the office staff can help you. Please click here for information on Central Fee Waivers.

 

School based fees (off-site and on-site activities) will be charged to your MyCBE account prior to the activity occurring.  You can pay these fees through your MyCBE account or at the school office.
