Good Afternoon Saddle Ridge Families,

 

We would like to remind you that tomorrow, Thursday, November 23 there is no school for Kindergarten students, due to Student Learning Conferences (Gr. 1-4 has school). On Friday, November 24 there is no school for all students due to Student Learning Conferences.

 

Student Learning Conferences

There is still time to book a meeting with your child’s teacher if you have not done so already.  Our November 23 and 24 Student Learning Conferences will be in person at the school. Conference time with the teacher must be booked through your MyCBE account. If you have questions, please contact your student’s teacher. 

 

School Council/School Society Information

The next School Council Meeting is on Monday, December 4 at 1:30 pm. This will be an in-person meeting at the school. All parents are welcome to come. Our Assistant Principal Ms. Chaudhary will be able to provide translation in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu, as needed.

 

We would like to thank the School Society for supporting students throughout the year. They recently purchased snowshoes for our PE program – perfect timing for the start of winter!

 

Cold Weather Reminder   

Students may go outside at lunchtime, and for PE and other learning activities. Please ensure your child has appropriate winter clothing each day (coat, boots, hat and gloves).   Our winter weather can fluctuate during the day, so we encourage students to be prepared for all weather.
